1. The axial flow fan is allowed to start with reduced voltage or the rated power of the motor. When the rated power of the motor starts, the current of the axial flow fan is about 5~7 times the rated voltage, and it is proportional to the square meter of the current when the voltage is reduced. When the capacity of the power network is not enough, the step-down start should be used.
2. When the axial flow fan is installed with one key, one person operates the switch power supply, and the other person observes the operating status of the centrifugal fan, and immediately shuts down and checks if any abnormality is found; firstly check whether the target of the rotating target is accurate; Check whether the running current is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated voltage; if there is no normal condition, it should be shut down and checked. After running for 5 minutes, shut down the centrifugal fan to check whether there is any abnormality, and then start the operation after confirming that there is no abnormality.
3. When the axial flow fan exceeds all normal speed ratios, it should be checked whether the current of the centrifugal fan is normal, and the operating current of the centrifugal fan cannot exceed its rated voltage. If the operating current exceeds its rated voltage, it should be checked whether the operating voltage of the centrifugal fan is normal. Use an axial fan.
